Charles River Country Club

The Willett Cup Invitational is an annual golf tournament that brings together the best New England junior, college, amateur, and professional golfers in a friendly yet competitive format to foster mentoring at all levels. The event raises crucial funds for brain injury research and the Spaulding Discovery Center for Brain Injury and Concussion Recovery.

SCHEDULE: 

​

  • 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Walk the course and watch the best players in New England compete
     

  • 5:00 PM –  7:00 PM: Cocktails on the Pavilion overlooking the 18th green
     

  •  7:00PM – 8: 30 PM: Dinner

​

$200 suggested dinner donation per person

Format

  • Male and female teams will compete in an 18-hole best ball tournament.
     

  • Teams will consist of junior, college, amateur, and professional players.
     

  • We welcome you to walk the course and watch these best players in New England, and/or join us for an intimate experience with the golfers during cocktails overlooking the 18th green, followed by the program & dinner. Country club attire required.

Brain injury is the second most prevalent disability in the United States, affecting roughly 13.5 million people. Spaulding’s Discovery Center for Brain Injury and Concussion Recovery is at the forefront of research, uncovering new therapies to improve patients’ recovery and quality of life.
